The award is open to anyone, professional or amateur, aged 18 and over, who has developed, or is developing, a coherent, artistically driven body of work in the field of contemporary photography. You can enter work on any subject.
To enter, submit between 15 and 20 pictures from a body of work, along with an artist’s statement and biography in one zipped folder.
Images must be no larger than 1000 pixels on the longest side, 72dpi, sRGB jpeg format. Label the files with your name and numeration (firstname_lastname_1.jpg). Please date the work and include relevant titles.
Upload your zipped folder, which must not exceed 25mb with the form below.
Submissions received in any other format will not be accepted.
Entries must be received no later than 29 September 2017.
Entry fee is £15 per project.
Photographers may send a copy of a dummy, published book or self-published book to accompany their application. These should be sent to: International Photography Competition, Guernsey Photography Festival, La Croute, Route de Carteret, Castel, Guernsey GY5 7YG.
Please note that material cannot be returned.
All entries will be reviewed and assessed by the Guernsey Photography Festival jury. The decision of the jury is final.
